"The hotel is very new , clean and beautiful the breakfast is one of the best I have had in a hotel . Staff is very polite and helpful. Problem was our credit card did not work although they worked everywhere in Istanbul & the same with our friends another couple. it was a disturbing situation and our friends had to put all their cash to the hotel. They have an issue they said maybe with some cards and will try to solve it . No upgrades at Rixos no drinks only free parking for a car we don’t have "

"The room was delightful, with Greta Garbo inspired theme, including a lovley old fashion recliner bath. The staff were wonderfully accomodating and helpful. Additionally, Mr. Mohammad Saberpour from the Guest Relations Department was extremely helpful, ensuring that our room received the best possible service and demonstrating outstanding hospitality. My spa experience was equally memorable, thanks to Mina Mehr, who explained all services thoroughly and professionally, making the experience very enjoyable. I also highly recommend Anna, the massage therapist, whose professionalism and expertise provided much relief for my shoulder and back pain. Furthermore, Cellal First at the breakfast area was exceptionally helpful in securing our tables, greeting us with a genuine smile and warm hospitality that set a wonderful tone for each morning. Overall, the dedication and warm hospitality of the staff made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming environment."
