Our mini apartment complex is intended for all types of tourists that want to have a resting and relaxing atmosphere. With the smell of morning coffee on the terrace mixed with the smell of the sea, along with a wide range of activities, you are guaranteed to have a perfect holiday at our complexes. Some of the activities you can participate in are swimming, jogging, cycling, and hiking, all while enjoying the smell of olive trees and lavander within 30 km from the National Park Paklenica.
The apartment complex Batimat is located in a small fishing place Ljubač, 14 kilometers west of Zadar and 30 kilometers east of the island - city of Pag. The village has two small stores and two restaurants/pizzerias. In the village, Ljubač offers home-grown seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as olive oil harvested directly from the fields.

Ljubač has a small harbor where Batimat apartments have their own powerboats and kayaks that can be conveniently rented. Ljubač is 15 minutes away from the city center of Zadar and 30 minutes away form airport Zemunik, which makes traveling very easy. In Zadar you can enjoy summer festivities throughout the village such as outdoor concerts, as well as a variety of clubs and restaurants.
