"A lovely little hotel for our first night in Croatia. We wanted a place not too far from Zadar airport on the way to Plitvice. The hotel was perfect as it is newly renovated and spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable and furnished to a high spec though a chair would have been appreciated. We had time for a lovely walk along the river to a waterfall then enjoyed an excellent pizza and beer at the hotel overlooking the river. The drive from the hotel to Plitvice is stunning."

"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "Friendly host, good parking possibility, occasionally weird smell inside the rooms, were welcommed by a cockroach when we arrived, attention: sign next to the sink says: no drinking water! "

I had the address programmed into my gps, and as I approached the address, it told me to park and be prepared to walk 10-15 minutes. I could not find parking anywhere close, long story short, I ended up parking, had to walk a half hour to the address, walk up a flight of stairs, and there are several apartments advertised but not the one I booked with. "We had a lovely stay in Apartment 1. The accommodation is very new and everything was immaculate and finished to a luxurious standard. We were met at the apartment when we arrived and shown around and had the pleasure of meeting the owner a few times during our stay.
