"Excellent customer service from all staff. Staff were helpful with nearby attractions and ensuring breakfast ready each morning. Dinner at the restaurant was fabulous. Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff even made sure we had appropriate transportation to cruise pier."

"The staff at Santa Maria Foris were very friendly and welcoming, especially the ‘front of house’ lady. The room was of a very good size, quiet and cool (when outside it was 30+C). Nice shady and quiet gardens. Good WiFi, free coffee, and a garage for secure off-street parking. The hotel is very well located for all of the main historical sites, good restaurants and the main market. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed Ravenna. Thank you!"

"My husband and I stayed for one night before heading to the local port. We loved our stay here. The room was tidy and clean. We had enough towels and blankets and pillows. We were exhausted from the trip prior and slept almost 10 hours. The air conditioning made it so relaxing. We would highly recommend staying here in Ravenna. We were in a great walking location to all the sights. The staff was very helpful and even printed off recommendations for us."

"We loved our stay here! The 3 bed bedroom was perfect for my husband and daughter and I - much more spacious than most of the places we've stayed. I appreciated there was an extra restroom with a toilet on the main floor, we loved how clean it was, and the breakfast was truly wonderful out in the courtyard with a beautiful, fresh spread of pastries, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, and more! It was such a great location, close to the train station and the sites - we walked everywhere. We were able to take the bus from here to the port for our cruise as well. Super great location! There was also AC which felt amazing compared to the summer heat wave outside, but for us Americans we were still a bit too warm for sleeping - bring a portable fan and that will do the trick!"
