"The hotel is ok but nothing fancy or modern. The entire building needs attention, walls are dirty with scratches or partially painted. The shower has multiple sports with mold around the silicone or tile joints. TVs are very small. Breakfast was ok but not the best pastry. Parking is available at not cost If going to the cruise terminal there is a shuttle service for $15 euros per person."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect. Our room was spacious and plenty of space and beds for 4 adults and a baby. Great location to see the glass mosaics and Dante’s burial place. The breakfast is handmade pasties! By a real pastry chef just down the street at Casa di Paoia. Sister property. Also b&b. Coffee and tea were right outside our room. The artwork on the walls was an extra treat. If you don’t stay here, you are missing out."

"Amazing hidden beauty. Located close to all the major mosaic sites in Ravenna. Decorated tastefully with antiques, including Chinese antique furniture, in a wonderfully quirky style. The walls have very interesting original art on them. Someone was a collector whose treasures are on display throughout the property. The bathroom was spacious and spotless and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast (included) was beautiful to behold, with pastries, breads, cheeses, meats, eggs, and most delicious coffee, made by your kind host. You can eat it out on the lovely upstairs balcony area or inside in the breakfast room. Host was very responsive, helpful, and made guests feel completely welcome and at home. If we ever visit again, we will stay here for sure!"
