Comfortable clean apartment in a fantastic location. The affiliated restaurant downstairs was also excellent. We had a very pleasant stay for 2 nights prior to a cruise leaving from Ravenna. We would definitely stay here again!

Apartment was so nice, clean and roomy. Contact person was super friendly and helpful by email before arriving, as well as during our visit. Our only disappointment was that very little was offered for breakfast—only a couple of bread items and coffee.

The communication with staff was exemplary! I needed to arrange transportation from the airport and also to the cruise port. They were so helpful and went out of their way - so much help and we only stayed one night! We also arrived very late due to delayed flights and this they also accommodated. I wish we could have stayed for days!!!

This property is the biggest we’ve had in Italy. Plenty of room to spread out in. Huge closet and bathroom. They do have a washer and steamer. No American dryer just beware. Great place

The website is a little misleading in that there is a notice that some rooms do not have an elevator leading to them. I booked a room that did not say no elevator service (second floor) and when we arrived, the staff was more than helpful in assisting getting our bags up to the room. I could have booked a room in the part that did have elevator service had I known the booked room did not.

I've been traveling in hundreds of Hotels and other kind of accommodation and usualy I do not write reviews. But I though this time I should. Stefania the owner is an outstanding person and host . Rare to have this kind of level of service even in a 5 star luxury hotels .she took care of anything we needed at hour in min... really fell that she is caring about her guests in a different level. Other than that it is in the best location , the apartment was well equipped and super clean. Highly recommended

The apartment was very clean & comfortable. My apartment was on the 3rd floor and no lift. The manager helped me carry my luggage. She very nice. The directions however, unless you are Italian, were confusing. GPS had me driving down a pedestrian only road right to the front door! I then had to back myself out quite a distance. The parking lot is fairly close, but very busy. You must wait for someone to leave to get a space (10-15 minutes). The breakfast was cereal, yogurt, juice. The beautiful mosaics were worth the trip and all within walking distance. The beach was too far away unless I drove.

Clean apartment staff was friendly and helpful. Up front instructions were very helpful the communication was excellent from day I reserved. The free breakfast and 10% discount was exceptional bonus. The food at restaurant was amazing best grilled calamari I have ever had. We had dinner at hotel both nights why look somewhere else when you experienced the best. Ravenna was a friendly and walkable the entire experience was A+

This was perfect for us two couples to stay before we left on our cruise. The lady at the front desk was AWESOME. She could speak English and it was central to everything. I would definitely stay here again. Be aware that the building is very old with a very small elevator. We had to do one person and large luggage at a time. HA But it added to the charm.

Posizione centrale e, sebbene in ZTL, comoda da raggiungere. L'appartamento (il nostro il n. 3) è dotato di ogni comfort ed comodo per 4 persone. Il bagno presenta qualche segno di usura e/o di scarsa attenzione da parte degli affittuari, ma di fatto la stagione non è ancora iniziata quindi immagino che l'host, con la medesima cura che ha dimostrato in ogni dettaglio, provvederà a sistemare anche questo. La domenica (come i festivi) la colazione non è al bar ma in camera ed anche in questo caso l'attenzione per i dettagli è stata lodevole.

Das Aparthotel Marchesini liegt unschlagbar günstig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Ravenna. Alles innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ich hatte ein Komfortzimmer mit Kitchenette und eine Terrasse, die auf einen kleinen Hof hinausging. Leider hatte das Zimmer nur wenig Tageslicht. Im Sommer wohl super, im Herbst eher trist. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach: Croissant, Brot mit Marmelade und dazu ein Heißgetränk. Allerdings ist das Restaurant, das ebenfalls zum Konglomerat Hotel/Aparthotel/Bar und Restaurant dazugehört gut. Jedes Gericht ist empfehlenswert! WLAN ist inklusive und der Empfang stabil. Die Englischkenntnisse beim Personal sind beschränkt. Es ist auf jeden vorteilhaft, ein wenig Italienisch zu sprechen.

La recepcionista me cobró €50 euros por llegar después de la hora indicada para check in, había problemas con el tren por huelgasy perdí mi conexión intenté comunicarme con el hotel para avisar y no puede hacerlo hasta que baje del tren. Ella fue grosera y me hablaba en italiano de muy mal modo para que no entendiera sus ofensas, me dio un recibo que no decía late check in, en su página no dice que cobran €50 euros por llegar tarde, pésima bienvenida, grosera y altanera! No vuelvo
