"The staff, especially the lady at the front desk was highly professional and personable. Hotel could use a better ventilation system in the dining area. "From my easy check-in to the friendliness of the staff, This was one of my best Hotel experiences. The room and amenities were modern and clean. The breakfast optionals were above average. I made use use of their laundry service and it was very efficient. If I ever returned to Sarajevo, this would be my place to stay. I did stay at a another local hotel for a couple of nights for the same price and they were not even comparable."
