Food and staff was very nice, this Bosnian Hospitality is a plus, but this place needs to pay attention to the maintaining the facilities and rooms, fixing the bathrooms would be one of them .In order to keep the shape of the property Hotel needs a good maintenance .

Easy access to Airport and Old Town.

Very comfortable hotel, 10 mins from the airport and an easy drive into the Old Town area. Good facilities (pool/gym, etc) and a very nice breakfast selection. Ate in the restaurant on the 15th floor one evening. Nice views but the service was terrible, they were very slow and seemingly under-staffed and had to send one dish back so wouldn’t recommend it. But in general, the hotel was good and the rooms were very big with nice bathrooms and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

It was a short stay but I didnt see anything bother me. Breakfast was really good. The rooms were clean. And the balcony was a really big deal. Huge. I had a great time. Also The guys at the reception were really kind and helpful. Thank you.

Hotel is very good and staff is nice and friendly. The location is a bit far from old town and attractions. No Uber service here so you have to rely on taxi or public transportation (there’s a tram #3 going to the old town). Also there’s road construction around the hotel right now so it’s very dusty to walk to the Tram station.

Beautiful hotel with unique decorations that tie into Bosnian culture! Our room was lovely and the bed was comfy! The staff was excellent during both check in and check out. They even made sure to have a packed to go lunch for us since we left really early to the airport. Will stay again when we come back!

We were warmly greeted by extremely nice staff. The room is clean and modern. We liked the modern take on the traditional Bosnian carpets. The cafe and restaurant were excellent. It is less than a 10 minute drive to airport . A gas station is on the complex.

Had to ask to get food and drink.

Top floor resturant not open to residents, has to be booked. Had to ask for food and coffee as its Ramadan. No alcohol either.

Great option, new building, good service

New hotel not to far from Downtown Sarajevo, highly recommended, clean, good staff, absolutely great breakfast. There is a bar on the rooftop, but it doesn't serve alcohol (for the record). Parking is onsite, and easy to find spots. Good location, even to take public transportation to the City Center if you wish to.

Almost a design hotel

A little bit far away from the city center, but with public transport near by. The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved: the floor was full of garbage and wasn't vacuumed during my four-day stay. It didn't seem a right pproached, the housekeeping try to enter on every day around 9am to clean the room The staff are friendly, but very unhelpful.

The hotel pictures online are from many years ago. Hotel is generally a bit tired. Service was ok, breakfast average. The problem we gad was that ventilation was not working so we gad to open windows. But air pollution and smell was bad at this time in Sarajevo so it was not pleasurable.
