"Had to unfortunately cancel our accommodation due to a family matter, meaning we couldn't travel. Explained this to the hotel, but there was no consideration of this. In fact, they didn't even reply. Very disappointed at lack of communication/care. "

"Unser Aufenthalt war alles in allem gut. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, hat gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und hat ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut, fehlendes wird laufend nachgefüllt. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Allerdings bedarf das Badezimmer einer sehr drängenden Renovierung."

"The room was clean. The Staff was friendly but they needs to speak more English because they spoke very little ... I asked for a king or a queen bed not 2 beds with short tiny duvets / comforter"

"The room was good , clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we had a security incident where someone managed to open our room door in the middle of the night . Luckily I had my dog who I think gave the person a fright. I tried to explain to reception in the morning but no one speaks English . I then sent a follow up email in German and English which they took days to reply to and then just said the night staff needed more training . It was a very scary experience which I didn’t feel the took on board ."
