The pool and sauna was a great relaxation place after a long drive, loved the barside dinner option after late check in and the breakfast was delicious if a tad expensive.

The pool has very long hours (7AM to 10PM) which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was ready early and as promised. Very good value for money.

A hotel which ticked all the boxes

Play pool and sauna. Short walk to tram stop into city centre ( tram 1 or 10) Last tram back 22.54 (dependent which tram stop) Complimentary drink a welcome gesture.

The room was stiflingly hot even with the fan on full. I wish I’d checked whether the rooms were air conditioned. The receptionist was great-friendly, helpful, pragmatic. The breakfast was good but there was some horrible drilling going on in the adjacent room which challenged the peace of the breakfast meeting I had been waiting on with an old friend. The management could have paused this work until breakfast was over

Das Wasser ist nur ein Rinnsal und ein Tag gab es überhaupt kein Wasser zum waschen desweiteren würden das Zimmer am Samstag nicht gemacht keine Neuen Hand und Duschtücher erst nach der zweiten nachfrage wurden Tücher gebracht eine Kaffeemaschine war dauernd defekt Parkgebühr für PKW ist viel zu teuer Abzocker dieses Hotel ist nie ein vier Sterne Hotel höchstens 2-3 Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen DR.W.EBERSBACH

Das Hotel ist stark abgewohnt. Im Badezimmer sind alle Armaturen verkalkt und zum Teil nicht mehr voll funktionstüchtig. Allerdings sind Bäder als auch das Schwimmbad sehr sauber. Nur dass alles eben fleckig, alt und zerschlissenen ist, hinterlässt halt dann doch ein Geschmäckle. Selbst die Aufzugknöpfe lassen sich kaum noch bedienen und nur mit starkem Druck und mehrfache Wiederholung überhaupt bedienen.Das Haus ist architektonisch super aufgebaut und müsste einfach nur mal gründlich renoviert werden. Dafür war aber der Übernachtungspreis von 60 €/Nacht absolut fair.

Fande das Hotel ganz nett. Ein und auschecken war sehr einfach. Barbereich war super. Schwimmbad usw auch. Zimmer war ganz nett. Einziger minus Punkt war das der Fernseher etwas veraltet war. Hab mir da mehr erwartet

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, ist jedoch gut mit Bus und / oder Tram erreichbar. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut.

Gutes Frühstück noch immer, Nachlässigkeiten beim Zimmer, Schallschutzfenster halfen nicht gegen durch Straßensperren verursachten starken Straßenverkehr, das größte Manko ist neuerdings das Parken über Parkgeldeintreiber 15€ (auch für Außenparkplätze) pro Nacht im Säumnisfall 45€ plus KfZ-Zeichenermittlung plus die 15 €/Nacht. Beim ständigen Parkplatzmangel bei Betriebsseminaren etc.kommen im Außenbezirk von Magdeburg Kosten zum Hotelpreis

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel. Der Service in der Hotelbar war sehr langsam, aber freundlich. Was aber wirklich für unseren Unmut sorgte war, dass wir ca. 16:30 Uhr am Hotel angekommen sind, aber unsere Zimmer noch nicht fertig waren. Laut Buchung hätten wir aber bereits um 15 Uhr einchecken können.

Wir hatten die Suite dies sind zwei Zimmer nebeneinander verbunden durch eine Tür . In dem einen Zimmer steht ein Doppelbett und in dem anderen ein Sofa. Beide haben einen Tv und beide eine Klimaanlage . Vermisst haben wir eine kleine minibar oder Kühlschrank . Parken in der Garage ist mit einem Kombi nicht einfach , die Parklücken sind sehr sehr klein .

Ankommen, mit Namen angesprochen zu werden, sich zu Hause fühlen, das ist das Wchat-Hotel Magdeburg für mich. Und dann bei der Hitze ab in den Pool, ich traute meinen Augen nicht, die Sauna ist neu! Alles in allem ein netter Abend in der Bar...

Gutes Hotel in Sudenburg mit kleiner Badelandschaft. Praktisch für Ausflüge ins Zentrum. Frühstück war gut, Personal nett, parken um das Hotel herum nach Verfügbarkeit und in Stoßzeiten schwierig. Parken in Tiefgarage 15€/Nacht teuer. Zimmer im 4. OG mit Ventilator (da hat jemand mitgedacht)
