Quiet, private, simple. This quaint, mid-century, 1 story ranch is tucked in the back of a family neighborhood, walking distance to the Outdoor Campus, which is a beautiful state-run park featuring acres of nature trails, an aquarium, native wildlife & a plethora of education programs.

Open and bright, updated and clean, the living space is all on 1 level, with the washer and dryer in the unfinished basement. Three good size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combination. Large master bedroom equipped with a king size bed, walk-in closet, large Smart TV and an ensuite shared bathroom. Second bedroom shares the master bath and is equipped with a full size bed and large closet space. Large third bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet and a full size bath across the hallway. Fully stocked kitchen with door to the backyard and entertaining area, with a grill, seating for 6, and a fire pit. Also, partially fenced yard for your pups to run and play. Also, you have access to a one-car garage and a carport. Keyless entry.

Less than 5 minutes to west side shopping and restaurants. Centrally located to all the Black Hills has to offer! Ten minutes from downtown, 30 minutes from Mount Rushmore/Crazy Horse, 45 minutes to Deadwood/Spearfish Canyon, 30 minutes to Hill City, Keystone and the 1880 Train. Perfect for all your adventures in the Black Hills!

The neighborhood felt safe and it was easy to get to places to eat (Black Hills Bagels!), market and gas for excursions out to the Badlands. The house is well appointed, cute, and comfortable. It really felt like home in the midst of a very busy road trip vacation.

Book this house! Close to all attractions. Accurate listing. Saw mule deer doe and her baby nibbling on leaves in the back yard. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you need in the kitchen is provided. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Easy booking and checkout. Good communication. Fair price.
