Nice hotel in the center of Rapallo, right on the ocean front. We had a room with ocean view. Many restaurants around the hotel. Train and bus stations are within 5 minute's walk.

Like the location, very good breakfast, friendly staff , clean hotel. Close to everything. The ferry is just across the street, train is just five minutes walk. Love the hotel as well as Rapallo, Easy to go everywhere.

The location is ideal, 3 min walk from the train station and the view is second to none. Restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend a sea view room. The staff are fantastic, so so helpful.

Lovely Art Deco hotel
Lovely “. fin de siecle” hotel right on the front. Huge rooms. Spotless. Wonderful breakfast.Fabulous staff tried so hard to help us out when Ryanair cancelled our flight at short notice. Parking problematic. Only two dedicated spaces opposite hotel. Large car park nearby but €2 an hour for every hour. Overnight parking on main promenade is free after 10pm Can’t speak too highly of the staff again. Great base for Cinque Terre visit

Great stay
The hotel was in a perfect location, walking distance from lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. And we really enjoyed staying in the town of Rapallo.

Great hotel with a beautiful view and amazing location. Rapallo was such a great area to stay in. Their beaches are longer and better than I thought after viewing photos. There’s so many great restaurants nearby and the cutest wine and cheese store next to the hotel. Highly recommend for the price!

We were given a completely different room than we had booked. The room we booked looked gorgeous and then the front desk advised us that they only post “the nicest pictures and don’t show the other rooms”. Complete catfish

The staff was excellent and the breakfast was good. Only issue we had was that the Wi-Fi was very weak and would cut out every few minutes. Becoming very tough if you’re planning on using Wi-Fi to do some work. Other than that everything was good.

The hotel staff was one of the friendliest people we have met. They were always helpful and even let us have a late breakfast because we got there at the end. The hotel is nice but the staff is what makes it worth it.

There are several big pluses to this hotel: (1) Location: right on the promenade facing the water, and 5 minute walk from the train station, in the midst of restaurants, cafes, gourmet shops etc. (2) Breakfast was outstanding: excellent coffee to order, very good buffet, beautiful breakfast room facing the water and lovely staff (3) The price: def get value given #1 & #2 above (4) Room was warm on our arrival and cozy during our stay (January 2023) Now what's not so good: (1a) Paper thin walls: 1st night noise from a loud TV in an adjacent room was bad but the desk clerk did speak to that guest & it was lowered; 2nd night a guest next door was clearly ill, flushing the commode, running faucets, coughing from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m. (1b) Outside noise was minimal given shutters and solid windows (2) The blanket in the cupboard had not been laundered - unsettling to find after using it on the bed. I would say it's a good option IF you can request a room away from other guests? Maybe not in high season.

I LOVED MY STAY AT MIRAMARE IN RAPALLO..I WAS SUPER IMPRESSED HOW BEAUTIFUL THE VIEW WAS AND THE CLEANLINESS.ALSO, HOW CONVENIENT IT WAS TO OTHER BEAUTIFUL CITIES..I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND AND I WILL DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN..I LOVE ITALY!!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is great. But the rooms need some maintenance. The toilet seat was loose and in the bathroom one bulb needed to be replaced on the mirror light. Also, the shower needed to be cleaned better as some black stuff came off the tiles. Also, the plaza on the side of the hotel gets cleaned every morning very early with very loud equipment so be prepared to get a wakeup noise at 7:00 am.

The hotel has beautiful views of marina. Great check in with pleasant staff that are helpful and speak English. Rooms are clean, remodeled big bathroom, with ample towels and nice shower. We had nice balcony and view. Parking during high season could be an issue. We found last free parking space on street reserved for guests. Nice dining room. We had complimentary breakfast buffet which was excellent. Fresh fruit, great cappuccino, eggs, etc.

Love the view
The position was fabulous & the view stunning, unfortunately we found the beds to be very uncomfortable and it is very loud at night time but other than this is was great. The shower was one of the best we came across on our travels, the room itself was a little small & breakfast runs out quite early as they only cool so much apparently. From a family perspective the washing service was definitely one of the longest at 72 hours where other hotels were either the same day or within 24 hours. Ultimately the view and location were wonderful.

A lovely hotel with a quaint old-fashioned lift, right in the heart of town. The train station is nearby (10 mins) and you can occasionally catch a trip boat opposite the hotel. Our room was small but adequate with a sea-view. Fresh coffee daily with our breakfast made it very memorable stay.

Location is great, hotel is very dated, bathroom was clean, bedroom was very small, floors were dusty. Breakfast was included and was typical, enough items to choose from to start your day. There is an elevator and it works well.

Wonderful hotel, perfect location in rapallo!
We had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were comfortable with lovely views. The AC worked perfectly and is always the first thing I look for when renting a hotel in Italy! The room appeared very clean as did the linens. Our shower grout was a little bit dirty and the door didn’t slide well, but everything else was top notch! The buffet breakfast was especially wonderful- delicious and there was something for everyone. They kindly held our luggage after check out, and everyone seemed happy to provide good customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is outdated, in need of total refurbishment! Everything is old and bare minimal! Tv its small, few channels only. Breakfast is not worthy. This hotel is not 4 stars at all! Don't understand how it was rated, I would give it a 2. Way overpriced for what you get!
