"The rooms were nice, but due to room issues they put us in three separate rooms within 30 minutes. The staff was not very knowledgeable or helpful for that reason I rated it two stars."

Room: good amenities, couch was filthy and stained, room darkening curtain was stuck and did not pull down allowing light into our room all night, Disney Channel set to Spanish and we couldn't change it to English. We didn't get to watch Zootopia 2."

"I'm actively seeking a refund on my last reservation due to for some unseen issues with television stations became unavailable for most of my stay. The front desk clerk personally told me he was aware of the situation and that there were another 2-3 rooms experiencing the same issues. I should have been moved to another room due to the inconvenience ,but wasn't. I have spoken to the manager,and she was to get with the head honcho that oversees the Ashmore Inn ,and see if I can be refunded for the inconvenience I experienced while staying there."
