"Did not get the room I booked. Told because I changed my booking the room was let to someone else even though when I made the change on Expedia and it confirmed the same room I booked earlier. No Sky TV only TV1 and TV2."

"Hotel is in good location right by square and staff were helpful. Room was clean. Parking was a bit of a pain and the parking area needs to be booked ahead of time. It’s around the corner from hotel. The room we were in had a wet room/accessibility shower. The curtain around it was inadequate to keep bathroom dry. Whole room ended up soaked every time one of us showered. FYI. Room is only serviced every other day. So needed to exchanged soaked towels ourselves. The room was missing the iron and the tap in bathroom stuck quite badly. Not a 4 star hotel. Was ok, but we would book elsewhere next time."

"Greeted by friendly Andy. Went upstairs to room 16 and were surprised as to how spacious it is. We found it to be very clean and had everything we needed. We will certainly be returning. "
