"Amazing lake view and great location by the grocery store/towns. Screened-in porch is very pleasant to have in the evenings. For the price of the rental, a touch of modern mattresses for comfort is advised and Adirondack chairs for the deck, as otherwise it is not put to use with such a lake view. It is pet-friendly which is nice but I’m afraid too many pets have been there with the carpet and vintage furniture over the years as there is a rather lingering canine-urine odor in the camp endorsed by many other occupants as well. Keep the windows open when able"

"Beautiful property and fantastic views. Ducks are out of control. We stopped counting at 100 of them on the dock and tiny cove. The water had a distinct smell and we had to clean the dock multiple times each day. Thankfully we had rafts to float the kids from the dock out to cleaner water to swim, but boats had to be launched from the smelly cove. Owners need to invest in predator decoys, whirlygigs, and windsocks."

"We love this place! The beautiful views & water are so nice from the huge windows. It's perfect for our big group, 6 kids and 5 adults (from 11 to 76) and we love having meals together at the big table. The house is so well equiped that we have everything we need. This year there was a problem with the basement so we couldn't use it, but Tamara and Connor moved all the boats outside so we still had complete use of them. And they were in touch with us as repairs went on. They are great hosts! And we will definately be back."
