"The amenities weren’t all great. The hot tub was unusable and after contacting the host we were told it was broke with parts in order. It would have nice to know ahead of time as this was a deciding factor in renting this Vrbo. Also plan on bringing you own shampoo/conditioner and bath soap. Otherwise the house was a good space for our family. "

"The cabin was very clean and had the microwave and mini fridge as stated. Very peaceful and quiet. The tub was a challenge. Just a jet tub with no access to just a shower. Difficult to get in and out of the tub."

"There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. There was also partially used food in the cabinets (peanut butter & chips). The code for the main entry to the building was not necessary as it was propped open the entirety of our stay allowing anyone to walk into the building at all hours."

"One of the couches has 2 broken legs. So we had to avoid that I let the host know and they were good with communication. One of the rooms had no power we assume it was a breaker but are not sure told the host Friday said they would send someone out. And by Saturday night they had said there was no one that could come out. We understand electrical issues happen just would have liked to have gotten someone out to fix it."

"Peaceful and relaxing"

"This was the worst experience. Drove in from Dallas on Friday since we had an event for Saturday. Sent numerous messages to property owner with no replies. Called the host number but number was disconnected. Showed up to property, there was a truck in the driveway. I still couldn’t get in since we did not have the key code. This was a headache since AT&T service in the area wasn’t the best. We could tell that the house was occupied since we noticed belongings in the house. Thank God we didn’t get shot or anything. Finally was able to get ahold of Vrbo customer service & was informed that the property was no longer available & was informed that I would have to look for stay on my own, smh, thanks a lot Vrbo. I was refunded but doesn’t make up for time lost & headache we went through. Host & Vrbo dropped the ball."
