"The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Unfortunately the ice maker in our freezer was not functioning, there were no ice cube trays and they didn’t have an ice machine. The hair dryer was broken. The hot and cold indicator for the shower was reversed so I took an unnecessary cold shower the first night. "

"Horrible, we called for a late check-in because we were gonna be arriving late and they told us to pick up a phone and we would be allowed in the building. Waited around for a whole hour knocking on the building and trying to call the front desk no one ever answered. We ended up having to drive to another hotel and stay somewhere else after paying for this hotel stay"

"Clean the windows! Jesus horrible and unacceptable. Also drywall ceiling falling apart. Needs general maintenace and management over-site of cleanliness. Those windows havent been cleaned in months of not years! Master the easy things! "

"We walked in and turned around. The furniture in the lobby was dirty. There were people standing around outside. Our room was on the first floor and there were several people standing by our window. When we walked into the room it smelled like bug spray. I did not feel safe and wouldn’t stay here with my child. "

"What a beautiful place to stay. Todd was amazing with communications and provide such nice little touches to make our stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend and if we return to this area will be booking this home again! Excellent outdoor area to gather is traveling with a large family or friends."
