"I checked in and received the digital key. When we opened the room, there were open luggages on the floor. Apparently there were other guests in the room. We quickly exited the room. They changed the room for us. There was a ladder in the bathroom of the 2nd room, with an open vent. Apparently they were working on something. The 3rd room was okay. The shower set was poorly maintained. Cold and hot water sign were opposite. We were too tired to switch for one night stay. Staff was friendly and quickly addressed our issue. I would probably not return to this hotel."

"We had a good experience. However, there seemed to be some miscommunication between the front desk and room service. It took multiple follow-ups over a couple of days to get a crib delivered, and in several other instances we had to contact staff multiple times to get things taken care of. Also worth mentioning parking is $28 per day and the property is not responsible for the safety of your vehicle or for any damage or theft. "

"I did not know property was under renovation. Elevator did not work. Construction worker on property directing traffic through construction into parking garage got snippy with my wife because she wasn’t moving fast enough. Walked to front desk and cancelled our stay, and stayed somewhere else."
