"Our stay was amazing, few cosmetic flaws but great experience overall. "

"The room we stayed at smelled like dirty feet but they let us check in early so we didnt ask to get switched to another room ( we were going to be out and about most of our stay so we just stayed in that room.) The air conditioning doesnt seem to work well. I dropped it to lowest setting (60 something degrees) and room still felt stuffy and a little warm at time but again we were mostly there to sleep. Last night when we arrived, no parking. We had to park in a parking garage about a 10 min walk on 3rd floor. There is definitely not enough parking in front or side of hotel and the off site parking was a good walk away. The biggest and most concerning problem was the bed bugs and the way the situation was approached. Housekeeping came and took bugs (2) in a cup and left. Upon checking out my parking of $28 a day was waived. I feel the whole stay should be refunded. This is disgusting. The bed bugs was crawling on my daughters chest. "

"We’ve stayed here three times now. We’re a family of 5, and we always enjoy our time here. The employees are so friendly, they keep the hotel very clean, the breakfast is hot and delicious, and the breakfast attendants keep it sparkling clean in the breakfast area. We will keep coming back. "

"This is a nice hotel. Beware the charges that are not clearly displayed at the time of booking. I paid $75 USD daily for parking and $65 USD daily for resort fees. This was an additional $135 USD daily that I was not aware of, which is significant for a 3 night stay. The location is good and the rooms were nice. The hotel just didn’t feel as hospitable as other luxury hotels I’ve stayed at. My expectations were much higher. "
