This unit features new kitchen appliances and all that you need to have a great vacation! The kitchen features a two-person breakfast bar and, dining table for six. The living room provides ample seating and the comfortable sofa is perfect for catching a game or movie with your loved ones on a 80in. Smart TV. The kitchen and dining room conveniently connect to the outdoor patio area. A full-size washer and dryer are provided along with a two-car garage.

OUTDOOR
The private spacious patio features three BBQs, an outdoor dining table for four. Plenty of shade from the patio cover and a roll down shad blind for your convenience. Enjoy a glass of wine with BBQ with your friends.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Main bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, a 50in. TV w/ Cable Service and a large main bath, with walk in show and walk-in closet. The guest room offers a queen bed, a large closet, and is located on the opposite side of the main bedroom, perfect for privacy.
