The 3br/2ba condo was very nice. The large beds were lovely as were the linens. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more supplies. The location is very convenient. Nice large garage. There is not a bbq which would be useful. One issue is the noisy ventilation. I have friends in the same complex and theirs is much quieter. The cost was very high due to a surprising 30/day damage protection. I was not aware of this...it is not obvious on the VRBO site so I paid 930 extra, even though I had purchased the 89 policy through the link on VRBO. It is a lovely unit and the owner was very responsive. Changing the Evolve damage collection policy and fixing the ventilation noise would be great improvements.
