"We loved our stay at Paul’s place! The home was incredibly spacious, and the high ceilings made it feel even more open and airy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and having the pool right in the backyard was a highlight, we used it often! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and having access to the garage was a huge bonus during the summer to keep the car cool. The bedrooms were all generously sized, and the beds were super comfortable. We’d definitely stay here...

"Unit needs some upgrades. Carpet in the bathroom doesn't cut it, nor does children's height toilets. Furnishings/ kitchen equipment are OK. Subdivision is very dog-friendly, neighbors are welcoming, location is convenient. Dust storms/high winds are an issue in the valley at this time of the year, but this unit is much better in that manner than some in Palm Desert that we have stayed at."

"22 Kavenish is a beautiful home, nicely updated, and very tastefully decorated. The location, and view of the golf course and lake is breathtaking! We had a somewhat delayed start to our stay, with several issues to be resolved upon arrival…..hence only 4/5 star rating . Had the home had a ‘house book’ , as have all other properties we have rented through VRBO, with basic instructions on where to find things, and how to operate things, most of our calls to owner would have been eliminated.
