"We stayed at this hotel for two days and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is well maintained, and everything was very clean, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The only downside was the parking situation—it was quite chaotic and a bit stressful to deal with, especially during busy times. Aside from that, everything else met our expectations, and we would consider staying here again. ⸻ "

"Mold all over the bathroom walls and ceiling and “other” stains on the lower portions of the walls. Also, when requesting for a late check out, we were told that we have to ask in the morning because the decision maker wasn’t there in the middle of the day, the day prior to departure. Then when we called the following morning to request it, instead of saying something like, “that is possible, and there’s a fee” she literally said, “it’s going to cost you.” Weird! it turns out that it’s only $100 an hour and we needed one extra hour. So we paid it. But that was just weird."

"Paid over $500 a night on this room because it was festival season and it was not worth it. I reserved a Standard Room on Hotels.com and even special requested a room not on the 1st floor, but was still given an Accessible Room that was near the elevators and front lobby. The room had a bad smell (like dirty, old clothes coming from the closet), the floor was dirty, and bathroom was not clean. I didn't book a run of the house, so I felt that it was unfair to price and advertise their rooms at "standard" for $500 a night when it was run of the house (determined at check-in). I wouldn't have stayed here if I had known that my standard room was not guaranteed and not as advertised. The staff was not helpful in assisting a room change. Not a single staff member say good morning except for the one lady who worked at the front desk in the morning."

"I am very disappointed in this hotel! The hotel was very nice but I got robbed right after leaving to Coachella from my room. All they took from my room was my purses and wallets. It seems it was someone that was watching me and my cousin. I think it was an inside job. When we went to the front desk to report it they didn’t seem surprised and did not want to show me any footage around the time my purses got stolen stating they don’t had any security. I did call the police and file a police report on the incident. So if anyone stays here please don’t leave any of your personal belongings here as they can rob your stuff. "

"We visited for one night during Coachella weekend, so there was definitely a “Coachella tax,” but the property still felt calm, well-managed, and upscale. This was a family/work trip, and we chose the hotel for the kid-friendly water features (ages 8 and 3). The room was dated but very clean—I could tell by how clean my kids’ feet stayed after running around barefoot. The king room had a pull-out couch, a big plus. The hotel accommodated our request for a ground-floor room with easy access to the main areas. Being able to walk from our patio to the restaurants in about two minutes made things much easier with kids. The “water park” is more of a nice kids pool and splash pad than a full water park, but the kids still had a great time. Poolside service was great. The kids ordered chicken tenders and fries—portions were generous and they enjoyed it. We were excited about the breakfast buffet. Pricing was reasonable for kids, though the food options for adults were not super exciting. What really stood out, though, was the staff—everyone was friendly, patient and accommodating. From the front desk, to restaurant staff, to bellman, to security, to poolside staff - they all offered a level of service made a lasting impression. The only thing that really took the experience down were the several mosquitoes and a moth in the room, possibly due to our room’s proximity to the lake. Had the room been more updated without pests, this would’ve easily been a 5 star stay."
