"I enjoyed my stay here as a solo holiday traveler. It is a vintage property which I don’t mind, and the hot springs is amazing. I had a professional massage too. Good value for a budget traveler like myself. Everyone who worked there was pleasant and helpful. Fortunately it wasn’t too crowded either."

"Clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful and well maintained resort. Would be better if there is a microwave on each floor as we need to reheat our puppy food. Currently there is only one microwave at the lobby level. "

"Our stay was quiet and relaxing, just what we were looking for. The pool was the perfect temperature and the mineral water felt soft and nurturing. The staff at each part of the day were lovely - communicative, friendly, helpful. We will be back!"

"Our stay greatly exceeded expectations! Our room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. We could have easily stayed for a week as a family of four. The grounds were spectacular. The kids had a blast playing on the awesome water slides, in the arcade (with bowling and cotton candy!) and in the tennis courts. Everything was decorated so nicely for Christmas and I love that they had all these cozy places to sit outside with firepits. The hotel is in a very nice area and is close to a gourmet grocery store. I ran an 8 mile radius around the surrounding area each morning and the area was very safe and just gorgeous. The staff here were so wonderful-they had a room ready for us at 12:30 when check-in was at 4 and they let us have a late check-out when leaving. The concierge was very knowledgeable as well. The warmth of the staff was felt by all! We will definitely be going back!"
