Just 12 mins to the closest supermarket in Orillia and access to many public beaches on Lake Simcoe. Sleeps upto 6.

Note: it's not direct waterfront, it's a 2 min walk to a public sandy beach. This section of Lake Simcoe has hard sandy bottom and almost no weeds for a long distance, making it easy to swim and have the kids play in the sand or in the shallow entry water.
