"The hotel is in a nice location with restaurants in short walking distance. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. However, several outlets in my room were not working. Parking/check in was a little confusing with there being no actual turnaround and the valet area full. Breakfast was just okay, but I didn’t mind with the options near the hotel. Overall, I had a good stay and would stay here again."

Its location is truly prime—steps away from the Red Hat Amphitheater and the Convention Center, making it incredibly easy to explore the best of the city on foot. The vibe is effortlessly fun and hip, striking that perfect balance between high-energy and relaxation. I was particularly impressed by the beautiful and artistic decor; the local art pieces and the stunning Urban Oak rooftop bar really give the space a sophisticated, boutique feel without being stuffy. Most importantly, the cleanliness was top-notch. Everything from the "Get-Ready Zones" in the rooms to the communal lobby spaces felt spotless and well-maintained. Whether you're there for the views at the rooftop or just a stylish place to recharge, this spot definitely delivers."

"Space is quite large, bedrooms are nice and everything is decorated and lit very well.Air conditioning/heating is a bit frustrating, we were given instructions not to change the temperature by more than two degrees or to change the A/C mode while we were there, and it got a bit cold over night but heating never turned on."
