Charming 3-Bed Bungalow with Fenced-in Yard

  • Welcome to our fully-renovated 3 bed, 2 bath ranch-style bungalow with beautiful original hardwood floors and fully fenced in yard for your pet. Situated in the historic Battery Heights neighborhood only 4 min (1.2 mi) from downtown! Rest here after hitting the town by watching the 50" Flat Screen Roku TV on the sectional sofa in air conditioned comfort and ceiling fans. Or, grill out with your friends and eat dinner on the patio. Enjoy the fully-stocked coffee bar in the morning before working at the desk in the main bedroom.
    House Rules - please read. If unable to follow all rules, please cancel reservation within the 48 hour full or partial refund window.

    1. There is a zero tolerance policy for parties or events. If there is a party or if there is more than the maximum of 6 guests on the property (additional guests must be approved), you will be asked to leave with no refund.

    2. Minimum age of 25 for guest booking the reservation, and the booking guest must be staying at the property.

    3. Smoking of any kind or vaping is not permitted inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside only. An additional cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if this rule is broken.

    4. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed without approval from Hosts. Guests are responsible for damage caused by pets.

    5. Please take off your shoes and use the provided shoe racks to store them.

    6. Although we will try to accommodate requests for early check-ins and late check-outs, this depends highly on housekeeping scheduling and can not always be fulfilled.

    7. There is a doorbell camera and outdoor cameras. There are no indoor cameras.

Great Stay

Our stay was perfect. The bedrooms were comfortable and the showers were hot and the water pressure was great. Amenities were very well thought of and they even provided dog bowls and a dog blanket. The house was just the right fit for our family.

Very nice updated cottage in a well maintained neighborhood close to all downtown amenities. Relaxing patio and really appreciated the fenced in backyard for our dog. Also convenient for access to the area’s excellent health care facilities. The hosts were pleasant, informative and promptly responsive.

Raleigh Weekend

The house was perfect! It was clean and comfortable. The fenced in backyard for great for our doggies. The main reason I picked here was for its proximity to Walnut Creek because we came to see Riley Green in concert! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Raleigh Rental

We had a wonderful time staying here for a wedding in Raleigh. The space was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. The location was nearby downtown Raleigh and had ample parking. The backyard was also perfect for our dogs and fully fenced in. We would stay here again when visiting family in the area!

Very neat, clean & comfortable. Location was near family on N. Blount & was very convenient to downtown. Backyard was great for my fur baby. Decent neighborhood, with sidewalks for walking her. Perfect for our party of 2 couples and a dog!

Comfortable stay

We were in Raleigh for a family wedding and when our original place got canceled we were able to secure this one very easily and the hosts were so accommodating. Though we didn't really eat there much, the kitchen was one of the most well stocked we have seen. It was a very comfortable and welcoming place in a nice neighborhood.

Great little Bungalow

Stayed at this great little bungalow with my son/family (3 year okd) and our labs while in Raleigh!! The property is up to date and tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean, beds are comfortable, and the neighborhood is well loved and I felt safe at all times as well!!! Easy walk to Raleigh and all the fun!! My son lives here so I will be back to enjoy this great find!!

Lovely Place!

We booked this place for a girls weekend away from the kiddos. And it was perfect, very clean and comfortable. Quick Uber to downtown for restaurants and evenings out. Will definitely stay here again. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Definitely one to add to your list.

Fabulous and comfortable

Great location and beautiful inside and out. We were in town for just the weekend for a family wedding so didn’t get to even try out the kitchen which looked well stocked. Beds and bath were spic and span and spacious. Would definitely use again when returning to visit family.

Great Stay

This house was exactly as pictured, and in a great location. We were in town to attend an event at PNC Arena, and it was an easy drive. House was big enough for four adults and one teen. Short stay for us, so we didn't cook at all, but we did utilize the eating area with takeout food, and there was plenty of room.Check in was easy, and communication with hosts was great. Would stay here again if we return to the area.

Fantastic Home

One of the best pet friendly rentals I have stayed. The yard is perfect for the pups and plenty of space inside. Location is spot on for exploring downtown Raleigh. Also, it is well stocked. I was there for 9 nights and did not find myself needing a thing. The host was not only responsive, but polite and accommodating. I highly recommend for anyone travelling to the Raleigh area!

Perfect

We were attending an event at the Lenovo center. This home was super convenient to get there and other downtown locations. The home was clean, bedding was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor table and patio (would suggest a patio umbrella) And spent an evening playing yard games. Even our dogs were well taken care of with dog bowls and towels and a fenced yard! The owner was quick to respond and check-in was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

Had a great time visiting our kids in Raleigh and the house was ideally located about 10-15 min from them and centrally located for all downtown activities. The owners were great and responded almost immediately with answers to questions. The light out back didn’t work as that was fixed within a day even though we said not to worry about it. The house was clean and everything was exceptional. Will stay here again when we come back.

Loved this house - Great Location!

This house is very warm and welcoming, and it is close to everything! You could walk to downtown, or take a short drive. We were there for NC State graduation, and that was convenient as well. It seemed anywhere we wanted to go was within a 10-15 minute drive or less. So many good dining options, as well. The layout of the house is nice and the decor is neutral and inviting. We loved the big sofa in the living room for hanging out together. It was also convenient to have the cute fenced back yard. We had two little dogs and it worked well for them. They also have a grill that we used.The owners are super-nice and very responsive. We left some shirts there and they noticed and arranged to mail them...even when I didn't see the messages from them. They went out of their way to text me.Highly recommend.
