"Wow cool place. Nice big rooms, full lobby bar (with live music the night we were there)and Resturant. Breakfast was the usual waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal rice and coffee. Big pool secure location. The staff were amazing! so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived until we left.Did not eat at the Resturant but the menu looked good. They have a little store there where you can buy things. free fresh cookies when we checked in. We will stay here again I am sure of that."
Daybreak at The Dock House, 3-bedroom house located on beautiful Caddo Lake

"What a local treasure with the most beautiful views of Caddo Lake, our photos of the sunrises and sunsets just don't do it justice! The dock was a prime fishing spot where we caught both bass and catfish. We enjoyed the morning and evening visits from the Canada Geese and the Egrets. We had great fun as a family on the baskeball court, while our grandaughter enjoyed the swings. There were also several fierce games of monopoly and ping pong on the day it rained. Mr. and Mrs. Gaines were very welcoming and it was a pleasure to meet them both. We've booked many places where you never meet or communicate with the host beyond messaging. It was very comforting and pleasing to know that they were available for anything we needed. We highly recommend this beautiful, peaceful slice of Heavan on Caddo Lake."

"My husband and I had an amazing stay. The hotel is full of unique, historical details. Also having a coffee shop downstairs was amazing. If you are looking for a wonderful place that is not your typical cookie cutter, chain hotel, look no further. The room was immaculately clean. Our hostess was very helpful and shared local restaurant recommendations. We will be back!"
