"My Room was well appointed, comfortable and spotless. Staff did a fantastic and thorough job with housekeeping requests. Upon arrival and check-in Jennifer and staff greeted me with aplomb and a welcoming smile. Self parking was convenient and very secure. The location of the hotel was ideal for access to the airport, shopping, dining and sightseeing in the Shreveport-Bossier area. I enjoyed how serene and easy my stay was. And the breakfast choices each morning from 6 AM- 9 AM were exceptional. Great value for the price of staying at Clarion Pointe."
