Very restless place, no staff seen at all in 3 days, and people were for example drinking vodka in the kitchen in the middle of the day, and it wasn’t even weekend. Room was much smaller than in the pictures. Entrance was a messy backyard of some restaurants."

"Apparently we were upgraded. So instead of a double bed that I booked we were given a twin room with beds pushed together. The room was small even though we were told it was bigger than the room booked. This I didn’t believe but as it included access to the 12th floor lounge we decided not to query it and go with the flow instead.
A bottle of Cava was given to us on arrival too which was nice as it was our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay. "

Travelocity's room we reserved, though, was in a less desirable location -- no view in back of hotel. But the location of the hotel and convenience -- and general chic-ness made up for it."
