Amazing location, two min walk (at most) from the train from the airport and ferry to Helsingor. Walking distance to the Kronan tower, restaurants, and shopping. Everything was very clean, the staff was helpful and stored our luggage all day for us after we checked out.

Convenience and by the sea

Location right next to the ferry terminal so handy for my purposes. My 'sea view' wasn't quite as expected but I could see the sea. Furnishings and fittings a little outdated. Quite old-fashioned and small bathroom. Wi-Fi was fine and breakfast was plentiful. Parking would have been a big issue but I didn't have a car. Not sure I would stay again tbh

A beautiful location. We stayed in the Hilton when we were in Stockholm and this was easily as beautiful as that place. Easley had as good a breakfast as that place. It was a huge beautiful spread. The room was actually bigger than our Stockholm Hilton. It was convenient and easy. Everything was close by. The only real issue is parking. If you do drive that's going to get you. We were there in off-season so on the other side of the terminal we found parking that you could do for overnight. Just pay at the booth or with the app

Bra boende vid färjehamnen.

Trevligt och välstädat hotel, med en suverän frukost. Bra läge med endast ett stenkast till färjeterminalen till sundsfärjorna. Parkeringshuset var vid detta tillfälle fullt, men det gick bra att parkera på torget ett 100 meter bort, mellan 18:00 och 09:00 utan kostnad 😀

Jättesköna sängar, god frukost och väldigt trevlig personal. Min dotter fick en liten välkomst present med spel, kritor och lite annat smått och gott som uppskattades oerhört mycket. Maten på restaurangen var toppen, pommesen fantastiska. Vi är supernöjda

Helsingborg och Teater på Sundspärlan

Bra, och fint hotell överlag. Ngt jag ofta saknar är tillräckligt med krokar i badrum och galgar i garderoben, men det var toppen. Sköna sängar, var om utrymme i rummet. Dock var takduschen, rymligt utrymme, en form av fyrkantig sort och resonansljudet av den när den spolade ner på avloppet gjorde att man nästan blev döv! Vi hade också en dov lukt av liknande gammal tobaksröklukt i vårt rum. Informerade om båda dessa ovan vid utcheckning så hoppas att det åtgärdas. I övrigt så ett mysigt hotell, perfekt läge, god frukost etc. Vi kan defenitivt tänka oss komma tillbaka.

Gott bemötande och bra service. Men något slitet och en trasig gardin på rummet ger inte gott intryck. Duschdraperiet i badrummet smutsig, kändes inte alls fräscht. Kaffe på rummet var slut, borde varit påfyllt. Frukosten var ok men inte mer än så.

Barnvänligt och nära till allt!

Otroligt barnvänligt! Personalen var SÅ trevliga och de hade massor av barnorienterade grejer, som speciell frukost i barnhöjd, spelrum, barnincheckning med jättefina gåvor etc etc. Jättenöjd!

En gång Marina Plaza alltid Marina Plaza.

Trevligt bemötande av samtliga personal, receptionen, frukosten, lokalvårdarna och i baren. Rummet var toppen rymligt och fint städat när jag kom, valde att inte ha städning övriga dagar jag var där (sön-ons). Mycket sköna sängar bra med flera kuddar. Frukost buffén mycket att välja på och vällagat. Även om det är mycket folk till frukosten så är det en lugn upplevelse.

Normalstandar för att vara 2025

Det är dags för en uppdatering fläckar på mattorna det är 2025 så det skull inte finnas några heltäckningsmattor ta bort badkar det är inte alla som är så viga längre från restaurangen trappor ner till toalett inte bra om man har Atros Kylskåpet svår att öppna AC med hög ljudvolym annars var allt perfekt

Helsingborg helg

Rent och överlag bra. Fantastiskt läge nära till det mesta. Doch var rummet ganska slitet med tråkiga märken på golvet. Bara en fåtölj på vårat rum men våra bekanta fick 2 fåtöljer. Bishop arms , samarbets partner till Elite var bedrövlig service man fick stå och vänta då de prioriterade att hängde upp glas än ta hand om sina kunder. Maten blev kall medans man väntade på att få en dryck till maten.

Dejligt hotel

Dejligt hotel som ligger meget centralt! Der var koncert i byen, men det er vel hvad man kan forvente. Jeg var ikke blevet informeret om tidspunkt for morgenmad, så fulgte oplysningerne på nettet, så var lidt forvirret over personalet lidt emsige holdning, senere fandt jeg ud af at tidspunktet var 7.00 og ikke 6.30, det kunne de jo bare have sagt. Men alt i alt et dejligt hotel!
