"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved my stay here! The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located, making it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer. I was genuinely sad when it was time to check out. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing and delicious. Everything about my experience exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again if given the opportunity. Highly recommend!"

"The accommodations and staff were excellent. One recommendation, with a Hotel named after Buffett's famous bar and restaurant your signature drink should be a fresh Margarita. The bar did not offer this and really was not equipped to make it. The drink should feature fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice and fresh lime juice. Should be made with a blanca top shelf tequila, agave and Cointreau. Typically cost about $15. and is about 10 to 12 ounces."

"my friend and I really like the pony Island hotel, it is a nice island hotel. It has charm and people are friendly. For us this time the room we’d give a three on room clean - not sure what happened there, my house stayed there before the rooms were clean and there were no issues. everything was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will go back."

"We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and found the receptionist occupied on the phone, completely ignoring us for several minutes. When we were finally checked in, there was confusion about our reservation, including being asked whether we had already checked in earlier and indications that our room may have been assigned to someone else. I was traveling with my elderly mother, and we were assigned a room quite far from the lobby, which was inconvenient. The complimentary parking was located on a gravel lot about a block away from the hotel, with no continuous sidewalk leading there, making access even more difficult. To make matters worse, I noticed an additional charge on my credit card a week later for a donation to the reserve across the street. This charge was never mentioned or explained during check-in or check-out. The location and grounds are beautiful, but the service did not reflect the “Southern hospitality” the hotel promotes. Overall, I expected a much better guest experience."

"Convenient to the docks and several hotels and shops. Bed and air conditioning were excellent. However, the rooms for our group lacked a closet (!!!), and had no hair dryer, no safe, and minimal drawer space. The shower amenity was one tiny tube of shampoo. Our door stuck and was very hard to open, which could be a hazard in an emergency."
