"Ideal for a couple's get away. Superbly renovated clean property with parking and outdoor space. Everything you need for a home from home feel. Very comfortable! Located at the edge of a quiet village with local pub less than 10 minutes walk away. Staff at the Hub were friendly and helpful, food and service excellent! Close to Brampton, small town. Well positioned property for walks or visiting Hadrian's wall, Carlisle, or even Scotland. We highly recommend this property. Owners friendly although we never met them. "
"We loved sitting out on the patio area, watching the goings on around the place, the tv wasn’t on at all. Visited Brampton for some excellent food and loved the Lanercost Priory when we visited there. Miltonrigg woods was just 2 minutes drive for a lovely dog walk as well. Could have done with a parasol on the patio when the sun was strongest but our intention was met for a few days of chilling. The staff were all friendly and we had a lovely breakfast at the cafe on our departure. "
