"Great hotel with best location. I was able to drive and park my car right there! And only two minutes walk to the water taxi for major attractions. "

"We booked this particular hotel on the strength of the lovely photographs of the rooms, as part of a 3 major city tour of Italy as a 30th wedding anniversary treat to ourselves. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.... we were given what we felt was the smallest room in the house (my husband is 6'2" and had to walk around the room stooping down to avoid banging his head on some of the rafters) it was in the roof, very dark due to a tiny window, and very hot despite the air conditioning. But, the breakfast staff were excellent and the location was the absolute best, literally 2 minutes walk from St Marks for example. "

"The staff behind the desk and everywhere else were extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and every sets I was really glad I stayed an extra day and upgraded to a room with a bathtub and windows overlooking the canal. It was always lovely to have breakfast with a view of the canal and all of the gondola "

"Spa war keiner im Haus . Vor den fenstern direkt eine Mauer. Personal unfreundlich. Kreditkarte wurden einfach beträge abgezogen wo ich nicht weiss für was ? Dusche war sehr dreckig .nicht geputzt . Wir waren zu viert auf einem zimmer . Das eine bett war das durchgessesene sofa ,das andere zustellbett eine metallbett wie im zeltlager .es war für das geld eine zumutung und schrecklich. "
