Beautiful location
Stayed for a long weekend. Accommodations were comfortable and spacious. We spent a lot of time at the home because we had blustery, cold, rainy weather on our full day there, but it was warm and comfortable. Would def stay again. Only minor complaint , was we could hear footsteps above us one morning , but wasn't a huge deal for us.

Gorgeous Space!
The house is really gorgeous and clean with really nice surprises like a screened in porch facing the ocean that has a futon couch. The shower is like one from a 5 star hotel. There is a lot of space for a family of 4 and we appreciated the thoughtful basket of snacks and tea/coffee. Great communication from the host. A gem!

Our family of four (two teens) greatly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space, clean and lovely views. The bonus porch room was fun to play ping pong and nice to have games and snacks - very thoughtful touches that made it easy to stay. We were visiting colleges and sightseeing in Boston. It was nice to have peaceful, quiet place to relax in evenings.

The house and layout was perfect for my family. There were lots of little touches like coffee, snacks and fuzzy blankets that really made us feel at home. It is a unit attached to the owners home so we did feel a little bad about our toddler crying at night and backyard access would have been awesome but that’s alright!

We came to Boston to tour colleges in the Cambridge area. The property is fantastic, with ideal amenities. Our kids enjoyed having access to the beach and exploring the marine life. The host is amazing and responsive. Fun fact: While in Cambridge, we saw the Boston Celtics Championship parade and took some cool pictures of the team as they rode by.

Location is amazing, right on the water in Houghs Neck, a lovely sea village area of Quincy. Property owner was friendly and helpful in all possible ways. I will be coming back in the future. The kitchen area has a lot of windows and looks out into the water which is mesmerizing. Plus it is only a few steps to the beach area.

Very nice quiet neighborhood just a hop skip and a jump from Boston and an easy drive to the cape and provincetown. Very clean. Had everything we needed to make our stay very pleasant. Will definitely revisit this location.

The rental unit as well as the entire property and the surrounding area are all absolutely gorgeous. Pictures truly do not reflect the full beauty! The unit is very spacious and perfect for a couple or family. Beds were super comfortable, thoughtful touches everywhere you look. We had fun playing board games and ping pong on the evening when it was raining and we had to cut our trip to Boston short. A quiet residential neighborhood with a beautiful park within a walking distance (about 20-25min), views are fantastic... Communication with the owners was super easy and they made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and recommend this rental for Boston area visitors!

The property was even more welcoming than the photos. The property was just as shown but cannot show the extras like: soft fluffy towels, cozy throw blankets on the couch, coffee, tea, snacks and more!! The views were stunning!! Great waterfront getaway!
We loved staying here for our weeklong family getaway to Boston and New England. Our kids especially loved the ping pong table and private beach access. As another review mentioned, you do have to go through one bedroom to reach the other, which wasn't an issue for us but might be if people want privacy. The host was friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!
