"I really enjoyed my stay at the Atrium. The parking lot was clean. The lobby was actually beautiful and calming and the staff was courteous and offered great food recommendations. The hotel rooms are a little dated but they are renovating so they upgraded my room and it was amazing. I didn't hear any noise from the renovations and my room was very clean and i am particular. "Check in was weird. I booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. I was asked for my ID, a credit card and told my room number. Only one room. When I said we had 2 rooms, I was told that they needed the ID of the other room adult, then the card again. Why? When you know that I reserved and prepaid for both rooms, in my name, with my credit card, did you not mention the other room? Just tried sending us on our way. It was just weird.
