Our room was clean, but parts of the common areas (hallways, etc) appeared less so. The staff was excellent, including the breakfast staff -- very friendly and very accommadating. The breakfast was very good.

The bathroom smelled musty. I think it was the shower curtain. The pillows were hard as rocks. If it weren't for those two things, my stay would have been awesome. I'll say it was good though.

Room was unclean and smelt musty/smokey. Floors were damp and sticky. Towels and bathroom had other peoples hair all over. Soap dispensers were empty. Place is in need of serious updates and thorough cleaning. Staff was nice though

We have stayed here over decades and each time the cleanliness has declined. This was our last stay here. Also, call before you book and ask if the pool is open. Website said it was but it was not open during our stay.

We’ve stayed here several times, but this was different. We were looking forward to a little hot tub relaxing, but it - and the pool were closed (by the health department!). The tv remote didn’t work even with assistance by the very helpful staff - not a really big deal. The breakfast was excellent everyday.

The room was great and the breakfast was pretty good, but I didnt find out the pool was closed until i went to ck in and that is the whole reason i booked this hotel. they couldnt even give a reason why or how long it was down for and this was on july 4 2026 very hot out too! was very frustrated

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. My only issue was no grab bar in the bathtub. Very tall sided tub and I have balance issues.

The hot tub wasn't working, and the community spaces (hallways, etc) had visible trash for a couple days, but our stay was very cozy and pleasant overall. We loved the view to the open area and trees in the back. It felt very tucked back and homey. We will stay here again if we need an overnight in Quincy.
