"We received a very good customer service from the front counter Carl Yuen.
He remembers us after checking us in, he is really friendly, helpful and very attentive.
On the amenities, is a little disappointed.
We stay there for 2 night and we didn’t have any shower cap, razor, hand lotion and cotton swab. These are the necessities which we use daily."

"It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad.
No breakfast provided. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere.
