It was good that it was out of town so not noisy. Parking was great and convenient for the bus to and from the Airport. The walk to the CBD was longer than ideal but very pleasant along the lake and good for exercise so we didn't mind the process.

Bar area and bar staff was lovely. We couldn’t get into our room until 4pm so we were left waiting for an hour. Maybe a complimentary beverage could be offered or guidance on using the facilities instead of being told to wait in the corner.

Quiet place: I like that. My room has a patio facing the lake: that is great. Linens are great, king size bed is just 2 twin beds put together: we can feel the seam in between: not so good. Hidden charge: $15 for parking: very annoying. Overall: too pricey for the comfort it provides.

Our king size bedroom has a balcony with Lakeview. The view was amazing from there. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and soft. The room was clean and all staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommended.

Great place to base yourself for a stay in Queenstown. Heritage has it all. Room was great, pool, spa awesome. It’s a 15-minute walk into town which was spectacular and invigorating. Hill to climb coming back tested a few people but it was good exercise for us especially after a Ferg burger and a beer! Recommend staying here.

Liked the location just outside of the main town. A car is recommended. Pool and gym facilities are nice. Rooms are a little dated but large and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Had a slight issue over the parking, but was able to straighten it out with the manager. Overall a pleasant stay.

Staff very friendly. Guest laundry facilities very low cost at 2dollar per wash and 2dollar per dry. Housekeeping staff lovely. Fairly easy walk into town but steep uphill on the way back but bus drops off right outside hotel . Beds very comfy. Room very dark. Had nice balcony. Bath had seen better days

The restaurant and bar are mediocre at best. The hotel does not capitalize on its lake view. It has no ambiance whatsoever. However, our room L403 had a spectacular view which made up for the aforesaid.

The hotel is 15min walk away from downtown Queenstown. It is very quiet and beautiful. We stayed at Lake view suite. The view from hotel room is totally stunning. We can just sit on the balcony enjoy the view the whole afternoon

Rooms are spacious and I went with my family. They arranged us two rooms next to each other even with the doors connecting the two rooms, making us so convenient. Simple cooking utensils and facilities are provided so we could cook our dinner there. Swimming pool and massage pool are opened till late so we could enjoy it after our long day of sightseeing.

The Heritage is set a little past downtown, yet still walkable on a nice day. Bed is comfortable and bathroom looks good. Parking feels tight but is manageable. Would stay again
