Located in the heart of the action on rue Saint-Joseph, the windows face calmly onto the small rue Notre-Dame-des-Anges.



Close to Old Quebec and major tourist sites: The Imperial Bell, Château Frontenac, Plaines D’Abraham, Rue St-Jean, Petit-Champlain and more!



Formerly a converted hotel, you will find, on the ground floor of the building, a café where you can have Breakfast



The building has two entrances: one in the heart of the action on rue Saint-Joseph, just opposite L`Impérial Bell and another, on the rue Notre-Dame-des-Anges side.



The apartment is located on the first floor, you will have to climb 1 flight of stairs to get there, there is no elevator.



In order to optimize comfort, the closed rooms have large and very large beds (Queen and King Size Beds) and opaque curtains.

You will also find a large, well-equipped kitchen open to the living room, air conditioning and an adjustable heating system in each room.



There is a coins operated laudry inside the building, few steps away the apartment.



In addition, a terrace is available for sunny days on the roof of the building.



You will have parking number 9 which is located at 240 rue Notre Dame des Anges.



The entrance door to the building is located 10 meters from the parking lot

Nous ne sommes jamais très loin et intervenons sur place dans ces rares cas.

- Les enceintes, dispositif de son, drogue, alcool en grande quantité sont interdit.

- La visite est autorisée dans les unités mais le gestionnaire et ou propriétaire doit être prévenu.

- Les animaux doivent être ajouté à la réservation, une pénalité de 80$ par animaux sera imposé en cas de non-respect.

- Le propriétaire et ou gestionnaire s’autorise à changer les housses de couettes ou certaines pièces de mobilier (remplacement pour des neuves) sans en modifier les photos.

- Nous ne sommes pas responsables des coupures de courant, d’internet ou du déneigement des routes.
