The front desk staff was okay. However, I asked for a bed or something for my two year old, they said no problem. The staff came upstairs with the bed and could not put it together. He sent someone else about 2hrs later. I had to come downstairs because the phone in the room did not work and ask for a mattress for the wooden bed, 4hrs later. They said “oops we forgot”. I went to have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, the host was RUDE! Exceptionally disrespectful! The steak was overcooked and very tough to eat. I spoke to the manger Michael, two times to express how disappointed I was from her disrespect. She was throwing her hands up saying “sit there or leave”. “I don’t care if your kids want to see the show, this is what I have”. There’s a way to say things, especially after driving 7hrs to come by. Michael did not care! His response was “okay, okay”. All in all, I will never be back. We are a military family, I will be sure to let my friends and family know this is NOT the hotel to stay at when they visit Quebec City.

I booked this hotel mainly because of the beautiful pool and hot tub. My husband and I were enjoying the hot tub when a staff member came and told us it was closed because there was no lifeguard on duty. Maybe it’s a rule in Canada that I was not aware of but two adults that know how to swim should be able to use the hot tub!

The thing we did not like was that we were on the first floor and our window looked out into the parking as if we were in a motel and not a hotel. Everyone walking by saw into our room.

The coffee maker in room barely worked. The bed that cones diwn would not come down needed repair. A tile was missing in the bathroom. The staff was great. The food onsute overpriced even for hotel food. The cafe/coffee shoppe was never open even when it was supposed to be. This was why having a broken coffee maker in the room was frustrating.

Les activités pour les enfants étaient vraiment bien pour la fin de semaine de Pâques. Seule hic c'est qu'il y a eu de la musique sur la terrasse tropical (où est la piscine) jusqu'à minimum 2h am malgré la fermeture de la piscine à 21h. Le sommeil fut difficile étant donné que notre chambre avait une terrasse sur le jardin tropical.

The guy at the welcome desk was not friendly - bordering on passive-agressive. The rugs were dirty. The coffee machine didn't work properly. They didn't add coffee capsules on the 2nd day. They didn't make the beds. It was very noisy. People come back from the pool or the bar very late at night and make sure to talk as loudly as possible in order to keep the other tenants from sleeping. The rooms are not soundproof - we can hear people above us walking and running. All 3 nights were like that.

very family oriented. great for kids specially for the indoor pool. . I wish the swimming pool closed earlier for kids maybe at 9:00pm and the last 2 hours were given just for adults. just a subjection. i was not able to enjoy the pool because it was always fool of kids. but anyways, the kids brings life and they should always comes first. thank you.

Great property everything is within a close drive! Old Québec was like a 16 min drive from the hotel. Also there was a mall close to the hotel like 6 mins away

J'ai adoré la piscine au centre avec le chansonnier à même la plaza. Eau bien chauffé dans la piscine. Très propre, bien situé, du parking à l'arrière , etc. Par contre les portes des chambres trés mal isolées car ont a entendu des enfants courrir, rire et crier de 18h à 23h minimum (même avec une serviette sous la porte). Même chose pour les plafonds car ont nous à marché sur la tête toute la soirée et le matin par se qui me semble un chien qui faisait des aller-retour sans arrèt dans la chambre au dessus de la nôtre. Matelas du lit et oreillers trop dur pour moi. Aurait dû être au milieu entre dur et mou pour satisfaire l'emsemble des goûts des gens.

Loved everything, the only tricky part was that the room door didn’t have a high lock option and our toddler could easily escape. A high latch would make it much safer and easier with a child.

Everything was beautiful and the staff was great. The walls are paper thin, we could hear people breathing in the room beside us and I still haven't gotten my deposit money back, even if we left the room very clean while leaving.

I liked the indoor pool but unfortunately it said we will get a balvony view room but we didnt get the room with the pool view and it says breakfast available not inluded we thought it was included and for 2 people charged us 50$ it was okay but unconvient that the spa and pool were in different locations and didnt get a room with the view.

L'eau du spa n'était pas très attrayante (verte) Le service de portier est très bien, la personne était très gentille. On a eu la chambre vers 15h, en avance sur ce qui était prévu, ce qui était très agréable pour notre petite famille. La chambre était propre et assez grande pour 4, on avait de la place à s'asseoir tout le monde. Les lits sont confortables. Les lieux communs sont en général très propres. Merci au personnel de l'hôtel pour votre accueil.

This hotel is SO loud! Do not go there if you want to relax, nope. At 7 PM to 10 PM you get someone who sings songs from, you will get to enjoy whatever you want or not since there is literally zero isolation. I had a team of young hockey player running up and down the corridor yelling up to midnight. And be ready to hear kids yell from the pool at 8 am sharp. The staff was nice and the rooms are super clean, the restauant was pretty good too. Some of the stuff in the hotel is a bit old but charming.

Usually, this type of event does not cause inconvenience to other hotel guests.We cannot guarantee the actions of each of our customers. Some may unfortunately not be respectful.When the excessive noise caused by other customers annoys you, do not hesitate to contact the reception of the hotel to inform us, since we have a policy of sanctions, which can go as far as expulsion by our security team. The staff is terrible, unfriendly, rude, unprofessional. I don't recommend this Hotel to anyone. We had a ruined vacation, a spoiled Xmas mood, and a ruined impression of the country as a whole.
