"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which truly made my stay enjoyable. The room itself was comfortable and generally well-maintained.

"In my travels experience I never had this type of hotel, felt like I was sleeping in the storage.
