Very large property facing sea. My room was facing see as well with a balcony. The breakfast was delicious with so many options. Hotel is right on the highway but not easy to access it quickly. You have to take an exit that is couple of kilometers hotel. But not that far. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The hotel is one of the most contemporary, clean and well maintained hotels in Morocco. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, contemporary and quiet. Good location with walking distance to train station, shopping mall and corniche. The breakfast buffet is extensive with an omelet station. The fitness center is very large.

The hotel staff are all amazing from the people working in the breakfast bar, cleaners and reception staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. We unfortunately had to arrive a day late for a family emergency and the hotel were extremely understanding which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend as there is a shopping centre right near the hotel and the beach is 2 roads away! I will definitely be coming back here, thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Slept over 8 hours a day when we stayed for 3 nights which is rare for us. It was quiet, very centrally located to restaurants and entertainment. Felt safe. Walking distance to all the conveniences as well as the boardwalk next to the waters. Great central location. Their breakfast buffet was ample in selection. Loved their Moroccan olives and salad selection in addition to the usual protein and carb selections.

The Royal Tulip may be a good hotel for business users and conferences, or for weekend travellers seeking a stopover. It is not geared to tourists staying for longer. The pool area was completely bare, pool bar closed, very limited info on menus for restaurants, and the spa and indoor pool were incredibly pricey extras. Ended up leaving early and paying again to stay at Hotel Barcelo, which was far more luxurious and appropriate. On the plus side all staff were curteous, and the room was very pleasant, although the shower ran hot and cold .

How hotel stay was great. It was spacious and clean. The mall is walkable and the beach is literally round the back of the hotel. Historic sites are a short taxi ride away. The pool and breakfast were lovely. The only issue we had was the room service. We ordered a pizza quite late for our daughter who was hungry. It was meant to take 15 mins but took an hour to come by which time my daughter had fallen asleep so she went to sleep hungry and we sent the pizza back.
