There is shared parking with an electric vehicle charger available on the property for an additional cost. Up to 2 pets are allowed and events are not permitted. The accommodation does not have air conditioning, but features a passive geothermal cooling system on the ground floor that keeps the temperature cool in summer; for best results, it is recommended to keep windows and blinds closed during the day. An electric fence is activated daily at 8 p.m. around the property to prevent wild boars from entering; it is safe and signposted, but should not be touched when connected. There may be government water regulations during your stay, which could affect pool use or water availability. If you are fewer guests than the maximum capacity, not all rooms and bathrooms may be accessible. Firewood, early check-in, and breakfast are available for an extra fee.



The property is just 30 minutes from Girona and the beaches of the Costa Brava, ideal for disconnecting in nature. The hosts live on the estate, but not in your accommodation.
