"Stayed here for a week, had a lovely time playing golf and doing the day cruise around ha long bay which was organised by the hotel. Simon made us feel really welcome and comfortable during our stay. He couldn’t have done more for us and checked in with us throughout. My boyfriend was really unwell during our stay and as soon as Simon was aware he did everything to help which made it so much easier for us, we were grateful to be there when he was unwell. "The service was amazing, Special mention to Chris and Alex who knew us by name, and were very welcoming every time we met. The Vietnamese tea service hosted by Alex was a great experience and very insightful. Also Mr Bing playing modern songs on traditional Vietnamese instruments whilst having dinner, was great to hear and really made the experience all the better.
