"The property was clean, beautiful, and close to shops and restaurants. We loved sitting on our balcony and front deck area overlooking the river. Staff were friendly. We arrived at 3:30pm but were told check-in was at 4pm even though their website says 3. It was 4:15 when we were allowed to get in our room. That was a little annoying. They need to update the check-in time on their website. There was also no decaf coffee either morning. We told the staff but no reason given. My sister had to go back to our room and make her decaf coffee. No big deal but would have been nice to have it in the breakfast area."
