"Personal at the hotel does not talk English so it's difficult to communicate. The air conditioner of the room didnt cool the room enough, it didnt go below the 21°C so on hot days it's not conveniente.
Other than that room is clean and nicely located, my stay was pretty good.

"This Holiday Inn actually adjoins the Hualuxe Hotel (both properties are owned by the IHG group). When you arrive, you check in at the Hualuxe reception area. A buffet breakfast is served on Level 1 of the Hualuxe property; guests also have access to the swimming pool on Level 3 of the Hualuxe Hotel. The properties are located in a fairly quiet, leafy area, and it's only a 12-minute walk to the Guangming Road metro station, from where you can get to the centre of Shanghai in just over an hour....

"The most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered at any hotel in Shanghai. Especially the bellhops and the front desk staff. From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted.
Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro.
The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. Would book again. "

"This hotel is perfect. It's clean and comfortable, nearby metro, a huge mall, and plenty of great places. The staff is so friendly. The room is comfortable, bed and pillows and shower is so big. Breakfast is also abundant and delicious!! Noodles and classic for Chinese and eggs and bacon for westerners. "
