The staff were so friendly that after moving to a different hotel in Ksamil that we had pre booked - on our way back (having checked out 4 days prior but sarenda is closer to the port and we had quite a few hours to kill) they let us store our suitcases there for no extra cost even helped us load them in and out the taxi. Cannot fault this hotel at all they could maybe use a pool but theyâre so close to the sea...

"Quite nice luxury hotel with excellent amenities and the staff being extremely welcoming/ helpful with all inputs. The only downside is the main boulevard is a 40 walk unless you rent a scooter or pay for taxi which is ridiculously priced all over sarande and only via cash. Rooms were very neat and prices were reasonable for the hotel as well so highly recommend it given there are so many dining options and a scooter rental next door. "

Obed and Samuel looked after us brilliantly at mealtimes, and Joseph was especially kind and accommodating to Daniella, he really looked out for her and made sure she was comfortable throughout our stay. Helen and Caroline on reception were so friendly and gave us excellent recommendations, while Sule and Victoria kept our room spotless and always greeted us warmly.
What really touched us was the free lift to the SarandĂ« bus station at the end of our stay, such a thoughtful gesture that shows how much they care about their guests.
