Tony the manager was very welcoming, all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Beautiful boutique hotel in Gjirokaster, only a 5-10 min walk from the centre of town. The spa and pool was nice and the view of the castle and mountains is stunning. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Yes everything was excellent from the room being spotless to the staff being so welcoming and friendly The best experience . We loved everything about this hotel , the spa , indoor pool , sauna , breakfast, the balcony with the most amazing view , also the location so close to the centre I will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone Well done , beautiful spot in Gjirokastra
