"The room appeared clean, however there was a smell of damp in the bathroom which spread into the other rooms. The furniture was quite tatty and really didn't fit the apartment. It just looked quite unloved and like it needed a redecoration. I also found it very difficult to wash dishes as the water wasn't hot enough and in the end had to put them through the dishwasher in order to get them clean. This isn't ideal. "Very nice, modern spa hotel with good sized rooms that are well equipped like a mini apartment, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher. It is reasonably priced for what you get and being a resident gives a discount for using the thermal spa facilities. I particularly enjoyed the hammam."

"We stayed at the Hôtel l'Atelier for 3 nights for the Ironman Vichy race weekend. Hotel is a little outside the Vichy town in a quiet country side. There is a supermarket walking distance you can have everything you need. Hotel is very clean, and quiet. Breakfast was typical French breakfast and we had coffee/tea etc. during the day without any charge.
