The room is big and location is also excellent, the only problem was, the smell of sewer system in my first room, because there was no bath plug in the bathtub, but the reception was very kind and helpful, they helped me to change into a new room, and the problem was fixed.

Let's be fair, the hotel is old and some of the carpets are a little tired; but it's very clean, the staff are excellent, the location is good and the pricing very reasonable. Breakfast was first class.

Nice reasonably priced hotel very close to the Place Jaude (in effect the centre of Clermont-Ferrand), but in a fairly quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast.

This hotel is very conveniently located. It is clean and comfortable except for the heavy duvets on the beds and no top sheet. Even with the windows open we sweat most of the night, but it was too chilly to remain uncovered.

Property was centrally located in walking distance of the shopping area and sites. As a result throughout the night lots of young people returning from a night on the town made sleeping a bit of a challenge. Our balcony thank goodness on the second floor he no lock on it. Parkade was very interesting, made only for smaller vehicles it was a very tight squeeze to get through the gate and then up a very steep slope to the parking stalls (with our rental we ended up having to take two stalls).

The location is great, really close to everything. Th facility is somewhat outdated, but the staff is friendly. The room is not sound proof so if there is loud traffic on the street you’ll hear it but luckily the night we were there only one motorcycle passed

The receptionists upon our arrival are very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Really woth the money. The only concerns I have were 1. Kettle was not emptied n 2. The bathroom has a sewage smell.

Dated hotel with building work

There are a lot of external renovations going on at The Kyriad atm To the extent that a couple of workmen were outside our bedroom window whilst we were still in bed !! The rooms are very small and dated as are the bathrooms
